What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence and a government photo ID. Upload them once in your account; our team verifies them before your first pickup.
How does the security deposit work?
The refundable deposit is shown before you pay and collected with your booking. After the return inspection it is released, minus any approved charges such as extra kilometres or fuel.
How many kilometres are included?
Every plan includes a daily kilometre allowance, shown on each car. Extra kilometres are charged at the per-km rate shown before you book.
Can I rent for a month or longer?
Yes. Weekly, monthly and long-term plans run up to six months with a lower per-day rate the longer you stay. Your quote shows the exact amount.
Can the car be delivered to me?
Yes, within city limits for a delivery fee shown at checkout. You can also pick up from any of our hubs.
Can I extend my trip?
Yes, from your trip page — if the car is free, you pay the difference for the longer period.
