Cancellation & refund policy

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup — the full rental amount is refunded.

Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged 20% of the rental base; the rest is refunded.

Your security deposit is always refunded in full when a booking is cancelled.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
